No Return Policy

• Once the product is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
• We do not accept returns for any food items due to safety and hygiene concerns.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with taste or preference.

Exceptions

• If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please email us at refunds@madhavastore.in with your order number and photos of the product.
• All claims must be made within 5 hours of receiving the product.
• If redund is approved, it will be credited to original payment method with 3 working days.
